3-D Simulation System of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project

A 3-D simulation system of the middle route of South-To-North Water transfer project is developed. This system displayed all terrain and buildings in this area. Terra Vista software and Creator software are used to modeling the terrain and buildings. In order to solve the problems aroused by huge data of terrain model, this system dynamically imports terrain models with two kind of precision and three kind of texture. 2-D navigation, information query, channel flow simulation are realized in this system.
